Credit purchases

Credits are purchased once. They are not a subscription, and you are never charged again automatically. One credit is used for each picture description, including each regenerate. Current packs and prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Credit expiry

Purchased credits never expire. Free sign-up credits also never expire.

Failed descriptions

Credits used for a failed description are returned automatically.

Refunds

• Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not refundable, except for duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Free sign-up credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
